How do I book a service?
To book a service please click/press on the "Booking" page and select your date and service(s). Thereafter, you'll be directed to pay the nonrefundable deposit and we'll call you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
Do you service counties outside of Metro Atlanta?
Yes, we service counties outside of Metro Atlanta for an additional $100, travel fee, which is due upon your service provider's arrival, before services are rendered.
When is payment due for my booked services?
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance, including the travel fee, if applicable is due on the day of your event, upon your service provider's arrival, before services are rendered.
Will I be charged extra if I'm not ready at the scheduled booking time?
If you are not ready at the scheduled booking time you have 2 (two) options:
Pay $25 for every 15 minutes, schedule permitting - payable in cash to your service provider before they begin service for your event.
Your service provider will begin when you are ready - the scheduled end time and the contracted amount will remain the same.
Can my child sit on the character's lap?
No, your service provider will not physically pick up or hold anyone.
What time will my character arrive?
Your service provider will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to confirm the details of the desired activities and to complete any open balance due.
What time will my photo booth attendant arrive?
Your service provider will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to set up and complete any open balance due.
Are we able to dance with the characters?
Yes, however, please limit touching the character to only holding their hand.
